Cancellation Policy

General Bookings All appointments must be booked in advance. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking — this will be deducted from the final treatment cost. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible by phone. I will wait for up to 15 minutes after your scheduled start time. If you have not arrived or contacted me by then, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and any deposit paid will be retained. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may also result in the loss of your deposit. Male Client Bookings: Please note that appointments for male clients may occasionally be rescheduled to a time when classes are taking place in the adjoining yoga studio. This is to ensure the comfort and safety of all clients and practitioners. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and every effort will be made to find a suitable alternative time. Code of Conduct I am committed to providing a professional, safe, and respectful environment for all treatments. Clients are expected to behave respectfully at all times. Sexual comments, requests, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances. The session will be terminated immediately, full payment will be required, and the incident will be reported to the appropriate authorities. I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if I feel uncomfortable or unsafe at any point. Your Wellbeing: Please disclose any relevant health information prior to your session so treatments can be tailored safely and appropriately. All client information is treated confidentially and in line with data protection regulations.
