My journey into energy therapies began with Reiki. During a time of high stress and grief, I received a Reiki treatment that had a very profound effect on me. It brought me a sense of peace, clarity, and balance that I hadn’t felt in a long time. That experience stayed with me, and a few years later, I wanted to understand more about Reiki and be able to give back what had helped me and trained as a Reiki Practitioner.

From there, my passion for energy healing grew, and I expanded my practice to include Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, and Sound Healing.

They are all therapies that work with the body’s energy flow to restore harmony and well-being.

I believe that when our energy is balanced, we feel lighter, more resilient, and better able to navigate life’s challenges.
