Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, services, and interactions with Camille Anderson Energy Therapies. By booking a treatment or attending a session, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments & Bookings

• All treatments must be booked in advance.

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking; this will be deducted from your final treatment cost.

• You are responsible for arriving on time. If you are delayed, please call or message me as soon as possible.

• I will wait up to 15 minutes beyond your appointment start time. After this, your session will be considered a no-show, and any deposit paid will be retained.

• Late arrivals may result in a shorter session, with the full fee still payable.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

• If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible so your slot can be offered to someone else.

• In the rare event that I need to reschedule your appointment, I will give you as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time.

 

Male Clients

• Appointments for male clients may occasionally be scheduled to coincide with classes in the adjoining yoga studio, to ensure the comfort and safety of all clients.

• Any such changes will be communicated in advance, and I will always aim to find a suitable alternative time.

 

Code of Conduct

• I am committed to providing a safe, respectful and professional space for all clients.

• You are expected to behave respectfully throughout your session.

• Inappropriate behaviour, including sexual comments or conduct, will result in the immediate termination of the session. Full payment will still be required, and the matter may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

• I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if I feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

 

Your Health & Safety

• It is your responsibility to inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or health concerns before your treatment begins.

• All treatments are complementary and should not replace medical care from a qualified healthcare professional.

• If you are pregnant or under medical supervision, please seek advice from your doctor before booking.

 

Confidentiality & Data Protection

• All personal information is handled confidentially and in accordance with current data protection laws (UK GDPR).

• Your details will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
